Steps on how to claim your free boxes:

Step 1: Download the app from Play Store or App Store. If you already have the app, disregard this note.

Step 2: Open the app and search for "hellobox" on your mobile phone.

Step 3: Click on the "Events" tab.

Step 4: Scroll and look for vouchers and coupons.

Step 5: Click on the available coupons, and now it will direct you to your coupon wallet.

Now, you have already claimed the free box voucher.

How to use the vouchers?

Step 1: Go back to the "Home" tab.

Step 2: Look for a suitable box to open; any box that will fit your vouchers.

Ex: Load Box - you can open it 3X since the box price is only 10P per each.

Step 3: Now, decide which box to open. Click the box you wish to open and use the voucher.

Step 4: Click "Unbox" to see the available options.

Step 5: Decide how many boxes you want to open.

Ex: Open 3X, and your balance points should be 30 points, which will be automatically deducted, or use the voucher.

Step 6: Click "Available" to use your welcome voucher.

Step 7: After that, click the "Buy Now" button.

Step 8: Wait for the prize, see what you get, and then decide whether you would like to sell, trade, or ship out the item.

We are offering three options for our customers, which you will really love to use, unlike the typical mystery box that you can buy online. Here, we have SHIP, SELL, and TRADE.

SHIP THE ITEMS AT YOUR CHOICE:

Our customers are allowed to ship out the items that they receive when they open the boxes, and whatever they get, they can receive them. Our shipping courier is J&T. If the item exceeds 500P, the shipping fee is already free.

SELL YOUR PRODUCT:

You can sell the item if you don't like the item that you got from opening boxes. You can sell the item directly to hellobox at the same price. See, you will earn here as well since we have this kind of function.

TRADE ON YOUR OWN TERMS:

Since you would love to have extra income, you can either trade your products in hellobox and let other people buy your products at your own price.
